Last Thursday, November 21st, Fundación Coremsa finished implementing the piloting sessions that have been carried out with career advisors professionals and unemployed adults. The aim of these sessions was to test the outcome that has been developed in the frame of the Inclusive+ project partnership. This outcome is a set of cards that helps to assess skills for those adults who want to improve their CV in order to reengage into the labour market.
This piloting phase has been implemented in three different sessions:
A first session, on October 18th, that was a meeting between the project manager team and the facilitators who were in charge to implement the piloting sessions.
Another session, on November 19th, that was a training of participant career advisors on the use of the cards. Five career advisors participated in this activity.
A final practical workshop (piloting sessions with LSA) that was joined by 8 participants who discovered their competences thanks to the assessment cards.
